Can you believe 2019 is already over and we are already in the second month of 2020?! Time flies when you’re having fun! I’m beyond thankful for the amazingly incredible year 2019 was for my business! I had the privilege of photographing 21 amazing couple’s wedding days and each one is so near and dear to my heart. Caroline + Harrison’s wedding at Historic Smithonia Farm was my second to last wedding of the year and…WOW! What a way to go out with a BANG! Historic Smithonia Farm is one of my all-time most favorite venues, so if you combine that with the sweetest, most expressive, joyous, and gorgeous couple and all of their equally as awesome friends, you get quite the celebration! There is so much I could say about this couple and this wedding, but I will let the images of this blog post tell the story of this spectacular day. My husband and I loved every single second of this wedding, but a few of my favorite parts of it were: 1.) their first look and sharing of private vows to one another that had us all in tears! 2.) the reception dancing photos which are some of my most favorite to date thanks to a super fun couple and entertainment by the Emerald Empire Band! 3.) their dreamy golden hour bride and groom portraits! We had just the right amount of “Beyonce wind” to blow around Caroline’s dress and veil in the most beautiful, romantic way! 4.) the sparkler exit send off!!
Caroline + Harrison, you already know how much we love you and are so thankful to have been a part of this special season of your lives…but I’ll say it one last time – we love you and thank you! Your love for God and each other is so evident and it was truly a joy working with you!
